Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Zach Eflin continued his unbeaten run for the season, guiding the Phillies to a win over the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park on Friday night.

Eflin threw six solid innings, giving up just two runs, while striking out six batters and walking two. The Phillies offense also came to the party, with Bryce Harper smashing a two-run homer to secure the win.

This was Eflin’s fourth consecutive victory, and his third win in 10 days. The 27-year-old right-hander has been in sensational form throughout the season, and currently boasts an unbeaten record of 5-0, with an impressive 3.44 ERA.

The Phillies will be hoping that Eflin can maintain his impeccable form as they aim to secure a playoff spot this season.

The win over the Red Sox sees them move to 27-30 for the season, and they currently sit in third place in the National League East division.
