The Golden State Warriors are in a state of flux as nothing is certain uncertain about the future of their current core of stars. The fact that even Stephen Curry is linked to another NBA franchise shows how disappointing the season has been for Dub Nation.
However, it’s not all doom and gloom haunting the Warriors. There is a lot for fans to look forward to as Jonathan Kuminga slowly but surely becomes one of the most exciting players in the NBA. If they can retool properly, the Dubs could easily make another deep playoff run.
Brandin Podziemski hopes he will make this core team after impressing in his rookie campaign. While he hasn’t played a large role in the Warriors’ rotation this season, he feels he’s done enough to earn a spot among the top recruits in the 2023 class.

Podziemski was drafted 19th overall in the 2023 draft, but no one believes he will be an immediate contributor for a struggling Warriors team looking to make a deep run in the playoffs.
However, his performance throughout his first NBA campaign will leave even his biggest doubters impressed. The 21-year-old has established himself in Steve Kerr’s rotation, averaging 26.6 minutes per game. With this playing time, he has posted impressive stats of 9.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists on 45.4% shooting from the floor and 38.5% from the field. long distance.
He explains why he and Trayce. Jackson-Davis, who has also been a surprising contributor for the Dubs, deserves to be on the All-Rookie first team.
By Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area:
“Yeah that for me,” Podziemski told NBC Sports Bay Area when asked if the All-Rookie team made sense to him. “I think Trayce and I should both make the All-Rookie team, whether first or second. I think I should be in the first team. “Overall, if you look at the top five signings, I think I’m in that category, just based on what I bring on a day-to-day basis, the people around me, the type of team I play for, my intended use. .
“Because I feel like if I was in the situation of some of the other rookies…I’d still be putting up more numbers.
Podziemski is a blessing for a team in desperate need of a confidence boost No matter how the Golden State Warriors look next season, fans will feel comfortable knowing they have a good group of players to suit them.
